We specialise in the building of houses for sale, and regularly use both traditional and timber-frame construction methods, depending upon the local environment, site conditions and the design of the house. In some houses we use a combination of these methods.

Our experience in building timber-frame houses has led us to develop a close working relationship with a manufacturer whose products and expertise we have found to be excellent.

The houses we build achieve high levels of thermal and acoustic insulation which as a consequence have low energy costs and are pleasantly quiet.

We take care in the design and finish of our houses to ensure that they are in keeping with their surroundings. This means that we will use a variety of finishes, traditional fair-faced brick, cement render and paint, or spar dash. The choice depends upon the environment and the local planners.

We frequently fit, in the houses we build, parquet flooring in oak and ash which we supply to other builders for their installation.

Our policy is to build houses and to continue to improve our designs, building methods and materials to achieve a finished house which offers excellent value for money to the purchaser and which continues to be economic to run and own.
